Description: The City of Menlo Park is intiating a General Plan amendment (map and text), rezone and Zoning Ordinance amendment (map and text) for a portion of Hamilton Avenue. The proposed changes were to accommodate a community park and housing in the area from Chilco Street to Windermere Avenue and the new Belle Haven Shoping Center. Ultimately, the scope of the project was reduced, and the City only pursued the rezoning to accommodate the community park and housing in the area of Chilco Street to Windermere Avenue at this time.
