Title: Lower Cache Creek Yolo County, CA City of Woodland Flood Damage Reduction Project
Description: The Reclamation Board, lead agency under CEQA, and the USACE, lead agency under NEPA, have completed a joint Draft EIS/EIR that identifies potential measures that would reduce flood damages in the City of Woodland and vicinity. Alternatives carried forward include a Setback Levee Plan and a Flood barrier Plan. This DEIS/EIR summarizes existing resources in the study area, evaluates the potential effects of alternative plans on these resources, and describes mitigation measures that could be used to minimize or offset adverse effects.
