Description

The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R5-2004-0221-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Las Virgenes Unified School District. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to construct un-grouted rip rap bank stabilization associated with construction of a storm drain energy dissipating structure along the western bank of the creek. Impacts to Department jurisdiction total 0.07 acres of permanent impacts.
