Description: The Draft EIR shall evaluate potential environmental impacts resulting from the following revisions to the City's General Plan, including but not limited to: update of the City's land use database; update of the City's traffic model; revision to General Plan noise and air quality data based on the new traffic model; deletion of redundant and/or completed policies, goals and programs; addition of a Community Design Element; creation of an Executive Summary/Mission Statement; revision to maps, figures, text, charts and tables to reflect updated data/information; and revision to Master Plan of Highways and Bikeways.
