- For three consecutive years beginning in 2000, the maximum allowable daily diversion rate into Clifton Court Forebay during the months of July, August, and September would be increased from 13,870 acre-feet to 14,870 acre-feet and three-day average diversions will be increased from 13,250 acre-feet to 14,250 acre-feet.
