- The CDFG has issued an Agreement Regarding Proposed Stream Alteration (SAA #5-140-00) ("agreement") to Santa Margarita Water District ("applicant") in conjunction with the applicant's proposal to alter the streambed to install and operate an 8-inch sewer siphon pipeline across the Aliso Creek channel at a depth approximately 10 to 20 feet below the existing surface of the stream bed.
