Description: Eastern Municipal Water District provides sewage collection and treatment services to the Temecula, French Valley, and Murrieta areas through the operation of the existing Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (TVRWRF). Currently the facility is operating at approximately 75% of capacity. Due to regulatory requirements and anticipated high growth in the treatment plant service areas, the District is proposing to expand the treatment plant's raw sewage capacity from 8 million gallons per day (MGD) to 12 MGD.
