- Conditional Use Permit and Southeast San Diego Special Permit/Southeast San Diego Historic Permit, to convert the use of a historic church building from a vacated senior citizen center (currently authorized by Conditional Use Permit No. 84-0426) back to a church. The project also proposes to renovate the church building by reconstructing two demolished church towers and restoring the exterior of the building to its 1988 appearance. Located on the southeast corner of Market and 22nd streets (2130 Market Street)
