Title: Fenner Canyon Conservation Camp Replacement Project
Description: The proposed project consists of constructing an administrative building, a utility vehicle storage facility, and two vehicle storage facilities to house crew carry vehicles (CCVs) and demolishing an existing storage facility. This project is necessary to address the physical deficencies of the existing buildings and maintenance issues associated with California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection vehicles. The new administrative facility is needed to replace the exisiting aging facility, which does not meet current Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. The purposes of constructing new CCV and utility vehicle storage facilities are to protect these vehicles from the elements and to reduce the number of vehicle maintenance problems associated with outdoor storage.
