Planned Unit Development Amendment to a) redesignate 6.8 acres from Non-Manufacturing Business to Multi-Family Medium Residential (14-21 units per acre) b) resdesignate 7.9 acre from Non-Manufacturing Business to Public Facilities c) redesignate 8.1 acres from Non-Manufacturing Business to Research and Development/Manufacturing d) modify the allowable uses in the General Commercial designation to allow limited research and development e) modify the allowable uses in the Non-Manufacturing Business designation to include Assisted Living f) along Digital Dr. allow 2/3 acre lots g) modify the onsite circulation to extend Jarvis Dr. to Monterey Road and extend Sutter Blvd. into the project area and create Digital Dr. 3. Tentative Parcel Map to revise the lot configurations on the project site.
