Description: Request to create 135 single-family residential lots, a temporary storm drainage basin and a commercial lot. In addition, the project includes the abandonment of a portion of Pirrone Road with the subsequent construction of a new Pirrone Road alignment and temporary alignment to Hammett Road. The alignment of Pirrone Road will protect & allow future expansion of the interchange.
