The CDFG has issued an Agreement Regarding Proposed Stream Alteration (SAA#5-050-00) ("agreement") to Los Angeles County Department of Public Works ("applicant") in conjunction with the applicant's proposal to alter the streambed to place an 880-foot long, 96-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) within the earthen channel.
