Description: The CDFG is executing a Lake and SAA pursuant to Section 1601 of the FGC to the project applicant, the Westside Resources Conservation District. The applicant proposes to conduct stream channel stabilization, install low-flow stream crossing, install tail water return systems, install wire revetement and revegetation in an 11-mile reach of Panoche Creek, upstream and west of Mendota between Interstate Highway 5 and Belmont Avenue.
