A commercial resort/recreation facility to be constructed on 66 acres of a 592-acre parcel consisting of 235 recreational lodging cabins; a 31,000 s.f. central lodge facility with offices, meeting rooms, general store/deli, health and fitness facilities, and 21 lodging rooms; recreational facilities consisting of tennis trails, and cross-country ski trails; and a 5,400 s.f. maintenance building. The project will be operated as a commercial timeshare project with fractional interests in the resort being offerred.
