The proposed new permit is to allow the following: change the permitted days and hours of operation from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Saturday to 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, not open to the general public, on-site operations may occur on Sunday; change the permitted design capacity from 600,000 cubic yards to 200,000 cubic yards; and change the permitted operating area from 59 total acres to 59.42 total acres.
