Description: Special Permits for timber harvest of potentially hazardous trees surrounding the existing residences. Tree removal, mainly coastal redwood, will reduce fire and windthrow hazards. Operations will be conducted under a Fire Hazard Tree Removal Exemption. An approximate 0.6 acre of the 2-acre parcel will be harvested under SP-98-60 in conjunction with an approximate 1.7 acres of the adjacent 5-acre parcel under SP-98-61.
