Description

The proposed project involves the phased development of the site as a 900-student capacity technology magnet high school. As currently envisioned, the project would include development of six classroom pod structures totaling 40,320 square feet, a 4,800 square foot student services building, a 6,240 square foot multi-purpose building (including a 2,400 square foot kitchen), a 3,360 square foot administration building and a 3,360 square foot fitness center. The total building area is estimated at 58,080 square feet, although it is possible that this building area could be reduced to meet budgetary constraints. As such, the Conceptual Site Master Plan represents a reasonable "worst case" buildout for the school.
