Description

Relocation of 5,857 square feet of commercial floor area, existing on the Homewood Resort property to be relocated southward of its current location to a building site adjacent to the Homewood Marina Lodge and Homewood High and Dry Marina. In adidtion to the existing floor area, a commercial floor allocation of 646 square feet of new floor area is requested, bringing the total square footage of 6,503 square feet of restaurant and accessory space.
