BONGIO Final Map Subdivision, and Special Permit

Description

A final map subdivision of a 4.6 acre lot into 17 lots ranging in size from 6,000 to 23,600 square feet in size. An exception to the minimum lot frontage requirements is being proposed to allow three flag lots, with some parking provided alongside the driveways to these flag lots, and to allow four lots to be served by a right of way less than 40 feet wide. The access road is proposed to be paved to a width of 34 feet. There is also proposed to be a four foot sidewalk with a landscaping strip on the south side.
