Proposed subdivision of approximately 215 acres into 18 acre minimum residential lots and one 45.5 acre remainder parcel. The project is located in the Ramona area, along the north side of Highway 78 and includes much of Whale Mtn and its westerly slopes and foothills. The lots will be served by wells and septic systems. A trail is proposed to serve the Ramona community.
