Description

The applicant proposes to remove approximately five hundred (500) trees in an erosion gully area which is to be a school site for the Lucia Mar School District. The gully is currently head cutting along the northwestern corner of the property and needs to be filled before the project can begin. The California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (2000-0352) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the projcet applicant, Nancy DePue representing Lucia Mar Unified School District.
