Description: The project replaces the former Parking Structure B which was demolished due to damage from the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. Removal of the existing Santa Monica Pool and construction of a four level parking garage with one level of subterrenean parking and three levels of above grade parking for a total of approximately, 131,600 square feet and 490 spaces, with a height of 31 feet 5 inches to match the adjacent Parking Structure C.
