Increase peak tonnage from 0.8 to 1.0 tons per day with an annual decrease in tonnage, decrease landfill acreage from 40 to 29.4 acres, decrease site life from 2189 to 2150, establish waste disposal area of 9.3 acres, and decrease hours of operation from all year 24 hours / day to intermittent usage by public agencies on an as-needed basis.
