Expansion of the Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant

Description

California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District. The applicant proposes to construct two new effluent outfalls: one in the bank of Temescal Wash and one in the bank of Temescal Side Channel. In addition, an open storm water drainage channel will be relocated.
