Description: California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement SAA # R5-2001-0050 Pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Scot Sandstrom representing Western Pacific Housing. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within the 100 year floodplain of McGonigle Canyon, tributary to Pacific Ocean to accommodate the connection of a 12" PVC sewer main from the Torrey Santa Fe project to the existing 18" trunk main running along the bottom of McGonigle Canyon at the western edge of Subarea IV. A new manhole will be installed at the connection point which is due north of the project. The work area is limited to a 20-ft. wide sewer line easement along the proposed 12" sewer main impacting approximately 0.03 acres of streambed.
