Description

CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #5-347-99) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicnt, John Chamberlain, of Horseman's Valley South, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct access roads and install three 4-inch sewer laterals across a stream, temporarily impacting 0.02 acre of disturbed stream. As mitigation, the applicant proposes to avoid all impacts to riparian vegetation, and to restore the stream to preconstruction contours. The project is located in the San Diego County community of Rancho Santa Fe.
