Description: SAA R3-2002-0363 The operator proposes to extend the existing box culverts to widen Cushing Road by 43.2 feet to match the existing width of Cushing Road directly east and west of the creek crossing. The 3 existing box culverts will be extended by 9 feet by 12 feet on the south outlet side and a new 15-foot outlet apron will be constructed.
