Request for a Special Use Permit to establish a new dairy in an AE-40 (Agricultural - 40 acre minimum) Zone to accommodate 3,779 animal units (2,975 milk cows) in a facility covering approximately 46 acres of a 718 acre project site. The balance of the acreage would remain under cultivation and available for irrigation with dairy manure water.
