Description: The Operator proposes to improve an existing 1.2-mile dirt path. Trail improvements would an 8 to 10-foot wide asphalt concrete Class 1 pedestrian/bike path with 2-foot shoulders. Retaining walls will be constructed in a few areas where the river bank is steep and the path my become unstable.
