Description: California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-177 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Chico. This agreement pertains to a 12-foot wide bicycle path that will cross Edgar Slough. A new bridge will be installed utilize existing bridge abutments which remain from a former railroad crossing. Construction will result in minor disturbance to adjacent riparian vegetation.
