Description

A proposal to develop a permanent 7,000 square foot bank building within one single structure to replace an existing 3,500 sf modular structure which currently exists on the site. The project will include two ATM machines, a drive-thru bank teller, 44 parking spaces and a retention basin. Grading will occur on 7.3 acres and improvements will occur on a total of 2 acres. The subject property is located immediately southeast of Cambria Drive between Main Street and Highway 1 within the community of Cambria.
