Description

Project includes a General Plan Amendment changing the present General Plan designations to Residential Medium High (RMH), Residential Medium (RM), Residential Low (RL), Residential Rural Medium (RRM), Residential Ranch (RR), Open Space and Recreation (OSR), and Public Service Facilities (PF). A Zone Change is also proposed that will rezone properties to R-1 (One Family Residences), OS (Open Space), RR (Rural Residential), RR-10 (Rural Residential, 10-acre minimum), PF (Public Service Facilities), and R-3 (Multiple Residential). Pacifica Development, Inc. is also seeking approval of a 126-lot Vesting Tentative Tract Map.
