Description

Amendment of the Planned Development Permit for a Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 2.8 acres into 24 lots, 5 commercial and 19 residential, and a common area in a multi-phased project, with construction to take place in 1998 through 2002. The amendment requested to the planned development permit would reduce the required yard (setback) from the southerly property line of lot 1, adjoining lot 2 from twenty (20') feet and would reduce the required yard (setback) from the easterly property line of lot 1, adjoining lot 22 and lot A from five (5') feet to nothing (0').
