Description

Revision to eliminate part of trail easement off Highway 116, to dedicate 394 acres to the County to purchase additional 266 acres. Regional park to be located on previous 660 agriculture parcel. Manor Lane to be extended to park and subdivision. EIR: 36-lot residential subdivision with 34 "cluster" ranging in size from 4.6 to 9.8 acres and 276-acre common area, plus two agricultural lots of 663 and 537 acres; a 6.5 mile public trail easement is also proposed through the property. Access (primary) provided via an extension of Viewcrest Drive.
