Title: Goldridge Rezoning and Phase I Tentative Map
Description: Wetlands will be filled for construction of single family homes in a planned community with parks, schools, and open space preserves on the 250 acre project site. To mitigate for the loss in wetlands, the operator will create 3 wetland mitigation areas totaling 2.7 acres. The 3 seasonal wetlands will be created by grading lower than the existing wetlands to collect high surface flows from the existing drainages. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-1022 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Vince Fletcher/Schuler Homes of California.
