Description: This project is located near Watsonville Slough, and consists of a 111-unit subdivision which is partially completed. The portion of the project subject to the approval of the Department of Fish and Game consists of a stormdrain outfall and energy dissipater into an upland area above Harkins Slough. The culvert is already in place and is operational at this time. The removal of some vegetation such as blackberry bushes and coyote bushes will be necessary.
