Description

The applicant proposes installation of an 1100 foot long culvert through a tributary of San Luis Obispo Creek in order to realign Buckley Road and extend Runway 29 at the San Luis Obispo County Airport. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1306-99) pursuant to Section 1601 & 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, San Luis Obispo County Department of General Services.
