- The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Stream Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Springville Public Utility District. The applicant proposes to construct a pipeline carrying treated wastewater from the District's treatment facility under the Tule River. The proposed method of installation is open-cut trenching, excavation, and backfilling. Revegetation of the disturbed area will proceed after pipeline construction.
