Title: Agricultural Water Conveyance Project
Description: The proposed project consists of the construction of pipeline and pump station facilities intended to convey water from wells within the Riverside North groundwater basin to provide non-potable water to Western Municipal Water District's (WMWD) existing service area. The initial study was circulated for public review in October 1996. This addendum to the initial study for the Non-Potable Water Conveyance Project was prepared to evaluate proposed changes and will not create new environmental impacts, nor increase the severity of impacts regarding environmental factors such as biology, land use and planning, population and housing.
