Description

156 UNIT, approximately 102,000 SQ FT assisted living facility for the elderly located on a 4.31 acre site. The facility will include five one- and two-story structures with heights ranging from 23 to 35 feet, 102 parking spaces, 1 loading space, and a maintenance building. One hundred and six studio units and 50 one-bedroom units will house a maximum of 164 residents. The individual units will range in size from approximately 340 sq.ft. to 500 sq. ft. Primary access will be from Cancha de Golf, with additional limited access to Via de las Palmas and Via de la Valle.
