Fort Ord Reuse Plan
Description
The project includes development of the 484-acre MBEST Center, including construction of facilities totaling up to five million square feet over the next 30 years. The project will result in impacts to the sand gilia (Gilia tenuiflora ssp. arenaria) and the seaside bird's-beak (Cordylanthus rigidus ssp. litteralis), which are protected under the California Endangered Species Act, requiring issuance of a California Incidental Take Permit ("Permit").
