Title: Final Time Extension and Revised Grading for TM-23663-1
Description: The subject of this initial study involves the final time extension for TM-23663-1 and revised grading plan for the four single family residential lots the recorded map will create. Grading for the entire tract was originally approved in January of 1992 by the Environmental Protection Commission under EP-069-901. The tract was later divided and recorded into phases with the subject property making up lots 1-4 of TM-23663-1. A revised grading plan for just the four lots was approved by the EPC in December of 1995 munder EP-009-934. Proposed grading includes the cul-de-sac termination of Old Bridge Road and the creation of a rock lined spillway which extends from the end of the cul-de-sac bulb along the northerly property line of proposed Lot 2. Grading will involve the establishment of four residential building pads, ranging from approximately 9,600 to 18,000-square-feet in size.
