Title: San Vicente Road Interim Improvements Phase II
Description: CDFG is executing SAA #5-087-00 pursuant to Section 1601 of the FGC to the project applicant, Mr. Nelson Olivas, representing the County of San Diego. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed of an unnamed drainage, tributary to Santa Maria Creek to accommodate the widening and improvement of San Vicente Road from Barger Place to Warnock Drive to include: 1) one travel lane, bike lane, and parkway / sidewalk strip in each direction; 2) a striped median / two-way left-turn lane; 3) the extension of two culverts beneath the road; 4) conversion of the existing drainage channel to a covered reinforced concrete pipe culvert; and 5) acquisition of right-of-way to accommodate the widened road.
