Adoption of the Promontory Specific Plan
Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0156-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Russell-Promontory, LLC as represented by Mr. Ron Bertolina, to Elliot Homes, Inc., as represented by Mr. Price Walker. Project is limited to the construction of three (3) pedestrian bridges (Crossings A - C) over three unnamed tributaries to Humbug Creek as part of a larger multi-use trail within the Promontory Specific Plan. Crossing A will be 8 feet wide and span 25 feet from bank to bank. Crossings B and C will both be 3 feet wide and span 8 feet from bank to bank. All three bridges will include associated concrete footings, wing walls, and retaining walls, which will be placed outside of the stream channel. During construction, temporary haul road bridges will be installed over the streams to facilitate the movement of equipment and construction materials across the site. The temporary haul road bridges will be 8 feet wide and 40 feet long with timber bulkheads over filter fabric and native soils to support a railroad flat deck. Approach ramps will consist fo two 8-foot by 20-foot areas surfaced with 6 inches of 1-1/2 inch crushed rock.
