Description

CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mitchell Bradford of William Lyon Homes, Inc. The applicant proposes to construct 294 single-family residential units and 22 acres of landscaped open space on approx. 136 acres, impacting 2.13 acres of stream. Additionally, 34.1 acres of land which currently contains approx. 6.2 acres of wetlands and 7.5 acres of coastal sage scrub, will contain no less than 10.5 acres of wetlands after mitigation measures are completed. The project is located in the City of Escondido in San Diego County.
