- The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0034-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Greg Morrell of Canyon Cove Morrell Family Partnership. The applicant is proposing to impact six ephemeral drainages, tributary to Salt Creek, for the development of the Canyon Cove Specific Plan project, a residential development. The proposed project will impact a total of 0.72 acres of streams and associated habitats.
