Description

The proposed project would involve the construction of a rental car Quick Turnaround Area facility including a two-bay car wash, four fuel pumps, four maintenance bays, and five offices in about 10,000 sq. ft. of new building construction; a 12,000 gallon above-ground fuel tank; ~113,000 sf of pave surface for storage of as many as 302 rental cars, and 37 employee parking spaces. The project would also include perimeter landscaping and secuirty fencing.
