An increase in daily tonnage from 300 tons per day to 475 tons per day, a change in operator from the City of Avenal to Madera Diposal Systems, Inc., a modification of the facility hours from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm for receipt of waste, Monday - Saturday with facility maintenance usually occurring until 5:00 pm to the new facility hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for reeipt of waste, Monday - Friday and 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday and the estimated closure date will change from 2040 to 2028.
