Description

Application to develop the following components from the approved Skywalker Ranch Master Plan: 1) construction of a two-story, 24,300 square foot Archives Building that would be located to the north of the existing Archives Building; 2) completion of the permanent corporation yard component of the Master Plan through construction of a 4,210 square foot nursery, 864 square foot greenhouse, and 730 square foot recycling shed generally to the east of the existing Archives Building; 3) construction of a tennis court that would be located northwest of the existing recreational building; and 4) construction of a 8,151 square foot addition to the east side of the existing Technical Building.
