Description

CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 6-2001-153) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Oakridge Estates, Grand Finale, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct street and drainage improvements, which will include two pipe culverts within ephemeral drainages of Grass Valley Creek, which will subsequently involve the construction of three 40-foot road crossings, and three outlets, which will include the installation of a dissipater for each outlet, that will discharge into the drainages, for Tract No. 10608, which is comprised of 145 acres of a 115 lot residential subdivision to be constructed in 10 phases, the first of which is already completed and occupied. The total impacted area for the proposed street and drainage improvements is approximately 0.4 acres.
